Shipping policy
Order Processing
All orders are carefully packed and dispatched from our Australian warehouse. Please allow 1–5 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched, as handling times may vary.
Our team begins processing orders immediately after checkout. As a result, we're unable to make amendments or cancellations once an order has been placed, including changes to:
- Delivery address
- Shipping method
- Payment details
If you've made an error at checkout, please contact us at store@emmamemma.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to assist before your order is dispatched.
Australian Shipping
We offer two shipping options for domestic orders, delivered via Australia Post:

We ship to street addresses, PO Boxes, and Parcel Lockers within Australia.
International Shipping
All international orders are shipped from our Australian warehouse. We currently ship to the following countries only.

We do not currently ship to any countries outside of those listed above.
International shipping fees cover freight, customs handling, and delivery charges. Where applicable, duties, taxes, and VAT are included in the shipping fee unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Please note: International orders must be shipped to a street address. We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes for international destinations.
Shipping Promotions & Discounts
From time to time, Emma Memma may offer:
- Reduced shipping rates
- Free or promotional shipping when a minimum spend is reached
All active shipping promotions will be clearly displayed at checkout when available.
Please note: The 10% welcome discount applied at sign-up is valid on your first merchandise purchase of $50 AUD or more and does not apply to shipping costs.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details so you can follow your order right to your door.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please double-check all delivery details before completing your order, as we're unable to make changes after checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to:
- An incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout
- Failed delivery attempts (e.g. no safe place to leave, parcel not collected)
We'll contact you via email to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges will apply to resend the parcel. If we do not hear back from you within 14 days, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a store credit, minus the original shipping cost.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
We take great care in packing every order, but on rare occasions issues can occur in transit.
Damaged items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at store@emmamemma.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We'll assess the situation and arrange a replacement or store credit where applicable.
Lost parcels: If your tracking hasn't updated and your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of the estimated delivery date, please reach out and we'll lodge an investigation with the carrier on your behalf. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by the carrier once an order has been dispatched, but we will do everything we can to help resolve the situation.
Delays & External Factors
While we always aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes, delays can occasionally occur due to:
- Peak demand periods (e.g. Christmas, sales events)
- Courier network disruptions
- Customs clearance processes (international orders)
- Circumstances beyond our control
Holiday periods: During peak times such as Christmas and Easter, dispatch and delivery times may be slightly longer than usual. We recommend placing your order early to avoid disappointment. Any known delays will be communicated via our website and social media channels.
