Refund policy
Returns & Exchange
Applicable to both domestic and international orders.
We are unable to refund, return or exchange items (excluding faulty items), so please take a little extra twirly care when placing your order.
We are unable to refund/exchange due to shipping delays out of our control.
Because many of our items are made for little Memma Mates, our return and exchange policy is firm for hygienic reasons.
We are not able to guarantee arrival in time for specific dates as shipping time frames are out of our control.
Please do not tick the box at checkout if this is not suitable for you, by doing so you accept our policies.

Faulty items
If something arrives not quite right, don’t worry, we’ve got you covered!
Please contact us at store@emmamemma.com within 14 days of receipt of your delivery and include clear images showing the fault.
If an item is confirmed as faulty, we’ll happily replace it. If the same item is no longer available, we’ll offer a refund or a twirly alternative of your choice.
All faults will be assessed by the Emma Memma team, and every item is quality checked before it heads out on its twirly journey to you.
